Phanteks has announced the new Glacier Aorus Xtreme Kit for cooling the VRM and CPU of the impressive Gigabyte C621 Aorus Xtreme motherboard and LGA 3647 Narrow Socket P processors, which includes new Glacier C360I and C360A blocks for Intel and AMD processors in addition to the Board Kit. Both the kit and the new blocks are made of 100% pure CNC-cut copper with a fully acrylic lid design that incorporates an integrated digital RGB illumination in each block.
The Glacier Aorus Xtreme Kit (product code PH-GBAXTKT) is designed to cool the Gigabyte C621 Aorus Extreme motherboard. If this massive heat sink covering the 32-phase motherboard is not sufficient, this kit will provide the basis for cooler, quieter operation on both the VRM and CPU 3647 sockets. The thick copper base of the blocks ensures higher heat transfer and capacity depending on the company. The base includes microchannels and low flow resistance to ensure cooling and water flow.

The CPU block included in the kit is the Glacier C3647i. Like the VRM cooler, it is made of 100% CNC-milled copper with nickel plating, acrylic cover and integrated RGB lighting. The C3647i was developed specifically for the Intel Cascade Lake-SP Xeon family, which includes the Xeon W-3275 among many other models.
The nickel-plated blocks include an acrylic cover and integrated RGB lighting compatible with Phantek D-RGB and Gigabyte motherboard enclosures. The Aorus Xtreme Glacier Kit costs $369.99 and will be available soon.
