IntelliCode, Microsoft’s new intelligent tool for Visual Studio developers
In this sense, they have just launched IntelliCode, a new development tool for Visual Studio users, which is currently in its experimental phase.
Those developers who register on its official website and are chosen to participate in its private preview stage can make use of it, although for the moment the new tool only has support for C#, although from Microsoft they plan to launch support for other programming languages over time.
Using IntelliCode, developers will save even more time thanks to the numerous suggestions they will receive throughout the development of their projects based on the contexts and patterns carried out throughout the code.
At this point, IntelliCode’s Artificial Intelligence system has been trained on the basis of the 2,000 “high quality” open source projects chosen on the GitHub platform and is therefore prepared to offer the best possible suggestions, although these will be refined over time according to each developer.
