Instagram has started testing a new feature: the recommended feed posts. The aim is to allow users to connect to new accounts whose content may be of interest.
In this context, users will be able to view all new posts in their feeds and then be able to choose one of the two possible options, continue to view the old posts in the feed or access the list of recommended posts.
When you select the recommended publications, you will see a list of publications that belong to accounts that have not yet been tracked, with the ability to track the accounts that have finally convinced you based on the content that they have published.
In this context, each publication will have a blue button at the top that will allow you to start tracking the account directly. Instagram says these tests will be extended in the next few days.
With this feature, Instagram wants users to spend more time in the application to discover new content that might interest them, and not always with the content of the accounts they have been tracking for some time.
