With a picture of its Aorus Z490 Master, Gigabyte announced that it will present its 400 series motherboards on April 30th at an “Aorus Direct” event, which will be broadcast on Youtube at 2 pm.
Along with the announcement, Gigabyte also showed previews of some motherboards that it is preparing, although this is not new, as all of the brand’s Z490 models have been filtered, which spoiled all the surprise of the announcement. It simply confirms the rumors that the announcement will be made this Thursday, the 30th, including the 400 series motherboards of all brands and the new Intel Core 10th generation “Comet Lake-S” processors.
In addition to the Z490, Q480, H470, B460, and H410 are also expected to be announced, which with the socket LGA 1200 will provide a lower-cost alternative for processors with blocked multipliers and/or mid-range PCs. With this chipset, there are still no leaks in the motherboard images, although many Asus and Gigabyte models have already been listed, which confirms their existence.
We recommend that you keep an eye out for more news in the last few days, as there will certainly be many more leaks before the launch.
