JBL Control XT Wireless Speaker: Stereo Sound, Indoors and Outdoors
JBL introduces the Control XT Wireless Speaker – a pair of stereo speakers with Bluetooth connectivity, designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
These speakers are engineered to deliver exceptional performance in any room of your home. And when it’s time to host a garden party, their rugged construction ensures they can handle challenging conditions. To amplify sound in a larger space, you can easily add another pair of JBL Control XT speakers (sold separately) and enjoy music in stereo with all four speakers at once.
Music can be streamed to the Control XT Wireless Speaker using Bluetooth technology or via the rear 3.5 mm standard audio jack. The convenience of wireless connectivity means there’s no need for complicated cable setups.
Control XT Wireless Speaker: Seamless Wireless Integration
JBL Control XT speakers are equipped with Class D digital amplifiers, delivering 30W of power each for clean and stable audio at any volume level, whether low or high. They feature a 5.25-inch (133 mm) woofer with a polypropylene cone infused with graphite and a CMMD Lite tweeter with a 1-inch (25 mm) diameter, incorporating High Definition Imaging (HDI) technology to provide stereo audio precision and subtlety akin to renowned recording studios, clubs, concert halls, cinemas, and stadiums.
These speakers offer a modern, durable design suitable for home and on-the-go use. Additionally, you have the option to pair them with a second set (purchased separately). The design allows you to connect up to four Control XT devices, creating an extended stereo or mono soundstage without the need for cumbersome cables. Depending on your application, you can configure the speakers as Left, Right, or Left + Right (summing to mono). For an expansive sound panorama, simply set both speakers to mono mode. If you prefer convenience and mobility, you can use one of the primary speakers in mono mode. The Control XT also features sound correction for immediate audio quality adjustment.
At the top of the primary speaker, there’s a rubberized interface for easy power control and sound level adjustment. You can manually pause, resume playback, and skip tracks using the onboard controls without the need for additional software or a remote.
Price: $499.95 per pair.
