A new version of Google Chrome has been released today. It appeared on all systems – on personal computers with Windows and MacOS devices. There is also access to the mobile version for Android. It is interesting to note that the latter interface has been introduced as a new interface for mobile devices.
Chrome 66 for Android with new look and feel
The new version introduces many interesting functions, including password export. Also, there is the Chrome Home Duplex at the bottom. It allows you to pull out the screen with the start page and the saved pages. The most exciting thing, however, is that you can now activate the refreshed appearance of the user interface.
The new interface is similar to the one found in Chrome’s test versions for personal computers. It has more white elements, and the address bar has rounded corners. To activate a new interface, you must enable Chrome Modern Design in chrome://flags.
Chrome 66 on Android theoretically is now available. In practice, however, the adaptation can be gradual, so some people will have to wait a little while before downloading a new version from Google Play. It is also worth remembering to protect your smartphone against attacks. Therefore, mobile security software, which can be found in Polish shops without any problems, is useful.
