WHAT IS ANDROID ONE
Android One is, as we said before, a project that Google launched a few years ago. The purpose of this project is the creation of low budget mobiles by manufacturers, in collaboration with Google itself. In this way, Google has control over the updates on the device and the manufacturing company should not invest money in developing such updates.
The first Android One phones came in 2014, and since then, there have been several companies that have opted for this kind of development. Without going any further, BQ has been one of these brands. The Spanish company has its Aquarius A4.5, with Android One system. However, until now it had been impossible to install this version of the green robot on other devices without root access.
THE ANDROID ONE INTERFACE ON YOUR MOBILE
The developer AmirZ, creator of the Pixel Launcher without root access has been the architect of this new launcher. Based on the system of the Xiaomi Mi A1, it has managed to recreate the animations, icons, menus, and behaviors of Android One through an app.
Unfortunately, the application is not available in the Google store. However, it is possible to download it from an external source, but we remember the danger that this may imply. We must also warn that the app will not work if we already have the Pixel Launcher or the One Launcher.
