What’s even more exciting is the announcement made last year that “Radiation 4” will receive the VR treatment. The official word is that the VR version of “Radiation 4” is set to hit the market for HTC Vive in June 2017. Pete Hines, a spokesperson for BST, expressed their belief in the compatibility of VR with their vast, open-world, immersive RPG.
Resident Evil 7 VR Version
The Resident Evil series is as iconic as the Radiation series. Resident Evil 7 stands out as a game that takes a first-person perspective to significantly enhance the horror elements. This year, Resident Evil is making a dedicated foray into the VR realm, showing more commitment compared to other major IPs. The VR version of Resident Evil is not a mere title but a full-fledged game experience. Worth noting is that completing the entire game will take approximately 25 to 30 hours.
According to game developers, “Resident Evil 7” was scheduled for release on January 24, 2017, on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The VR version will be a Sony PSVR exclusive for the first year and become available on other platforms after 2018.
Ark Park
