According to Bluetooth certification information, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will include a third model: the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Information about the Note 20 Ultra has recently been published on the Bluetooth SIG certification website. In addition to confirming the existence of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the certification information indicates that the Note 20 Ultra is model number SM-N986U and supports Bluetooth 5.0. According to a media analysis, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be the top model in the Note 20 series.

XDA pointed out that the Note 20 Ultra is the top-of-the-line version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series, and the rumored Galaxy Note 20+ seems to end up being named the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Based on current specifications, the Note 20 + will continue to feature the S-Pen, with a 120 Hz Super AMOLED Infinity-O screen on the front and a periscope quad photo scheme on the back; the debut of Qualcomm’s second-generation 3D Sonic Max fingerprint recognition sensor; the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 + will come with a 4500 mAh battery, while the Note 20 + will use a 4300 mAh battery; the Note 20 + will be available in three color options: Grey, copper (champagne gold) and green, while the 20 + will be available in black and copper (champagne gold).
At its core, the Note 20 Ultra features a 6.9-inch WQHD+ LTPO AMOLED hole-cutting screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship platform (Exynos version debuts Exynos 992) with 16 GB RAM + 512 GB memory and a battery capacity of 4500 mAh.
In addition, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a 100-megapixel main camera (with a Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM1 sensor) with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and a 13-megapixel telephoto zoom with 50x zoom support.
