The new Redmi 9 series has four phones, Redmi 9, Redmi 9C (NFC supported), Redmi 9C (NFC not supported), and Redmi 9A, which are equipped with the Helio G70 chip from MediaTek with four rearview cameras.
The Redmi 9 has the highest configuration in the series with a 6.5-inch FHD+IPS screen powered by a MediaTek G70 processor, complemented by a 4+64GB storage solution, a 13 megapixel + 8 megapixel + 5-megapixel quad-camera solution for the rear + 5-megapixel front camera.
The Redmi 9C features NFC and is available with or without NFC. Both models are powered by a MediaTek G35 processor with 3+64 GB memory, a 6.53-inch HD+ resolution display, and a 5000 mAh battery.
All three smartphones are equipped with a 5000 mAh battery. They support the installation of two nano-SIM cards and microSD cards up to 512 GB. The models are equipped with a fingerprint scanner, acceleration and gyro sensor, light, and proximity sensors. All smartphones have USB type C ports, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and an infrared port.
The Redmi 9A is powered by a MediaTek G25 processor with a 3+32 GB memory solution and a 13-megapixel single camera on the back.
The price of the Redmi 9 starts at 160 €, the Redmi 9C starts at 130 €, and the Redmi 9A starts at 100 €.
