Pimax will show what could be the final prototype of its Pimax 8K at CES 2018

The company has already commented that if its sponsors give their approval, it could become the commercial version. From Tuesday 9 to Friday, January 12, during the next CES 2018, the Consumer Electronic Show 2018 in Las Vegas, Pimax Tech will show the public what could be the last prototype of the  Pimax 8K, its glasses with double 4K screen and 200º of the field of vision, compatible with SteamVR.

 

According to the company’s own sources, the idea is that its sponsors can study them and thus decide if they are already suitable as a commercial version, although they are open to changes that, yes, would delay the release of the glasses, since they are planning to begin shipping during that same month.

On Monday, January 8 will give the full specifications of the new prototype that will show, the v5.

 

Currently, the v4 prototype is being shown in China. And it is possible that we will see it in some video this week.
