During CES 2020, MSI introduced its new X570 Tomahawk Wi-Fi motherboard after the B450 Tomahawk became its best-selling B450 motherboard. Like the B450, it is a cheap alternative as it costs only $180.
For this price, we’ll have access to a motherboard with 12+2 phase Power VRM, 4 DDR4 Ram slots with support for frequencies up to 4600MHz, Dual PCI-E 4.0 x16 for CrossfireX, Dual M.2 PCI-E 4.0 x4, Ethernet 2.5G + Wi-Fi 6, 5 USB 3.2 Gen2 (including two Type-C), 6 USB 3.2 Gen1, Audio Boost 4, and much more.
In terms of design, it is quite sober, apparently without RGB, and has a fairly comfortable connector layout, which fortunately all manufacturers are starting to pay attention to. It also comes with a pre-installed I/O shield for convenient cabinet mounting.
