MSI presents its Optix PAG272QR2 monitor, with 1440p resolution and 165Hz refresh rate

To expand its portfolio of gaming monitors, MSI introduced the new Optix PAG272QR2 monitor, which features an IPS panel from 27″ with a resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of 165Hz, which represents the perfect balance between resolution and refresh rate.

As we would expect from an IPS panel, it supports a wide range of colors and supports 10-bit color to cover 150% of the sRGB color space, 99% of Adobe RGB color space, and 98% of DCI-P3 color space. It also supports FreeSync, flicker-free technology, HDR, and blue-light filtering. Its video inputs are 2x HDMI 2.0 and 2x DisplayPort 1.4, with inputs for every taste.

There is no official price or availability information yet, as MSI has not yet made a full monitor announcement at this time. However, it will not be an economical model as it has many high-quality features.
