Microsoft has launched an extension that allows Google Chrome navigation to be integrated into the Windows 10 timeline.
The Timeline is one of the features of Windows 10 that includes a history of the activities we’re developing and syncs them with other devices running the same operating system, as well as Android with Microsoft Launcher.
And to make this dynamic even more powerful, we can now add the Google Chrome browser history, following the same dynamic that applies to Microsoft Edge. To test how it works, all we have to do is install the extension, Web Activities in the browser and follow the instructions.
Once we have logged into our Microsoft account, we will start synchronizing the information. So if we want to resume a web page, all we have to do is scroll through the timeline and select it. The interesting thing about this dynamic is that it allows us to continue surfing from any of the synchronized devices.
If we do some kind of web search or research, we can continue it on any computer without using third-party applications or self-created tricks. And of course, Chrome’s history, like the rest of the content, can be deleted at any time, either individually or by selecting specific days.
And if we try this dynamic and don’t like it, we can remove the permissions and uninstall the extension.
