Microsoft has released a new update for its Android application launcher, Microsoft Launcher, with several improvements.
The most important new features include the introduction of new gestures: Sweep if they are in a folder to open it or on the icon of an application to start it.
New customization features have also been introduced that allows you to add options to the last line of the extended database, including the ability to add folders, applications, contacts, the search bar, or any widget.
Another important feature of Microsoft Launcher 4.12 is for parents who now enable web filtering via the family map.
One thing users didn’t like is that the folders in the application drawer weren’t sorted, but now it’s history because they’re sorted alphabetically.
Microsoft has not forgotten the user interface where there are animation settings, for the purpose of blurring the focus as an option and application passes in the application drawer.
Finally, Microsoft Launcher 4.12 is now fully compatible with Android 8.0, but no longer with 4.0.x and 4.1.
