Following Nvidia and AMD, it is Intel’s turn to offer new graphics drivers, the Intel HD graphics driver 24.20.100.6286, which support new games, bug fixes and improves game performance.
These Intel HD video drivers 24.20.100.6286 are available for the Windows 10 operating system. It promises significant improvements for players and some bug fixes, especially around the YouTube service.
In detail, we have support for Strange Brigade and Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, and performance enhancements will be available for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, Vampyr, and Monster Hunter: World is proposed. This release note points to improvements in media playback with 6 core processors, including the AVC codec.
A list of bug fixes is also included. A patch is aimed in particular at the YouTube service. The problem is inaccurate colors when playing videos through a hardware-accelerated browser. Because this feature is enabled by default in most browsers, many users of Windows 10 are affected.
Unfortunately, there are known problems that are still unsolved. Below you will find all the details. We may encounter problems with the 7th and 8th generation core processors with an Iris Plus Graphics 655 from Intel UHD Graphics 610, 620, 630, P630 graphics solution.
There are three known problems. One of them causes so-called “small” graphics errors in some games like Monster Hunter: World and Stonehearth. Finally, the advanced display settings in Windows 10 may contain incorrect information on some monitors. This leads to wrong colors.
