Steps to follow

Step 1: Open System Preferences from the Dock, Spotlight, or Apple menu, click on the keyboard icon, then press the Tab key.

Step 2: Open the menu next to “Touch Bar show”, then select Expanded Control Strip

The Expanded Control Strip, at the bottom right of the Touch Bar, allows you to adjust common settings like brightness or volume through which you can interact with Siri and do much more. You can expand it to access additional settings and system features such as Mission Control, Launchpad, Volume or Brightness.
