Some days ago we released the list of more than 500 free online courses that will start in various platforms during the month of July (click here to access the list), but there are still new options that we will continue to release, and the one we have in Coursera organized by Google is worth mentioning.
This is Introduction to Augmented Reality and ARCore, a course that teaches us how to develop AR content, even if we have no experience with the subject. It is a course that can be done in 15 hours and will help us to use both ARCore and Google’s own Poly object library.
The goal is to increase the number of application developers with Augmented Reality so that ARCore apps can grow and compete better with Apple’s ARKit. Google offers free courses for programmers to better learn how to use their resources, transforming the company’s Augmented Reality into the dream standard of this technology.
Among the existing topics will teach us to identify different types of AR experiences, to use tools and platforms used, to apply tricks to make AR more realistic, to learn about popular use cases, to create AR use flows, to use tools like Google Poly and Unity to build experiences…. a course worth doing.
