Gigabyte launches three Micro-ATX H610 and B660 motherboards

Gigabyte is launching three motherboards with the LGA 1700 socket: H610M S2, H610M H, and the B660M GAMING AC. These three motherboards use a Micro-ATX form factor, making them suitable for installation in more compact PC cases.

DDR4 H610M S2

This motherboard uses the humble Intel H610 chip with only a D-sub display output. This motherboard uses only a 6 + 1 + 1 + 1 power supply with 50A low RDS (on) MOSFETs.

The board uses two DDR4-3200 slots for a maximum of 64GB. For storage, we have a maximum capacity of 4 ports and 1 M.2 port. Additionally, there is one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and another x1 PCIe 3.0 slot.

The circuit is also 6 + 1 + 1 phase with 50A low RDS (on) MOSFETs, in addition to the two DDR4-3200 slots. This model also features an HDMI port.

Storage consists of 4 SATA 3.0 ports (6Gbps) and 1 M.2 port. We have one PCIe 4.0 x16 x1 port, as well as another PCIe 3.0 port.

Finally, we have this mid-range motherboard that uses the B660 chipset. This motherboard has a 6 + 2 + 1 power supply with 50A low RDS (on) MOSFETs. This motherboard has 2 DDR5-5333 slots.

The storage consists of 4 SATA III connectors and 2 M.2 connectors. The expansion slot is PCIe 4.0 (x16) and another PCIe 3.0 x1 connector. This would be the only one of the announced models to use the currently unloved DDR5 memory.

The Micro-ATX motherboards from Gigabyte will launch in early April at undisclosed prices. These models join a long list of motherboards coming to market to cover the low-end and mid-range segments. We’ll keep you posted on the latest.
