Gigabyte J4005N D2P: Motherboard with an integrated Celeron J4005

Gigabyte announced this weekend a new motherboard, the Gigabyte J4005N D2P, which as its name and forward, integrates a processor under the Gemini Lake architecture, promising excellent performance at a low cost, although as always happens. But there is no information about its price. Gigabyte J4005N D2P, Gigabyte J4005N D2P: Motherboard with an integrated Celeron J4005,

Gigabyte J4005N D2P Specifications

As the name goes, this motherboard integrates an Intel Celeron J4005 processor. That comes at 14nm that offers a configuration of 2 physical cores with two processing threads at a Base / Turbo frequency of 2.00 / 2.70 GHz with 4 MB of cache memory next to the Intel UHD Graphics 600 @ 700 MHz graphics, yielding a TDP of only 10W.

And due to its low consumption, its heating is of small size. That is why the motherboard, in Mini-ITX format, sees how much of its surface comes with an aluminum heatsink, which will dissipate the processor without compromising the timbre of the system.

Information on the Gigabyte J4005N D2P comes with a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot. Also, two UDIMM slots support up to 16 GB of full-size DDR4 @ 2400 MHz memory; two SATA III 6.0 Gbps ports. In addition, there is a grateful M.2 port for high-speed SSDs, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and at least one video output in the form of HDMI 2.0 (4K @ 60 FPS). Unfortunately, the only image does not allow us to describe for more information.

The M.2 PCIe x2 allows the operation of a fast storage unit. Network connectivity includes wireless with native Intel WIFI. Finally, M.2 SATA is part of it as well as operating the DDR4-2400 MHz.
