ASRock today unveiled its Intel Z370 motherboards for the new eighth-generation Intel Coffee Lake processors. Among them we find the new Z370 Professional Gaming i7, Z370 Taichi, Z370 Pro4, Z370 Killer SLI and Z370 Extreme 4, being the first two models of the highest range of the manufacturer.
Z370 Professional Gaming i7 Detailed Specifications
The new Z370 Professional Gaming i7 is signed by the famous gamer Fatality that collaborates with ASRock on a regular basis and has three M.2 ports, along with a very impressive electric VRM design. The board comes with a 10 Gigabit Ethernet card from Aquantia and an 802.11ac WIFI network, along with a large number of USB 3.1 Gen 2 that include both Type A and new Type C.

Secondly, we have the new Taichi Z370. And is based on the design of the previous motherboard but dispenses with the 10 Gigabit network and has a different aesthetics more serious. While thirdly we have a third Z370 Extreme 4 plate that retains the same design of PCB and RGB lights but that nevertheless reduces the quality of the power and dispenses of the network WIFI.

Finally, we have the new Z370 Pro 4 and Z370 Killer SLI with much humbler power designs but retaining great features like the two M.2 ports present. While the Z370 Killer SLI retains the shields and LED RGB lighting, the Z370 Pro 4 is much more basic. And dispenses with all elements and even eliminates the heatsink of the upper VRM. So we understand that it will be the most economical model of the entire series. Be that as it may, they include a very competent 10 + 1 phase design.
All new ASRock motherboards will be available starting Oct. 5 along with the launch of the new Intel Coffee Lake processors.
Comparison of ASRock motherboards, Z370 Professional Gaming i7
Almost all can handle memory up to 4333 MHz using XMP profiles, and the overclocking section is usually a good one for ASRock motherboards. Since the ATX format includes two or three PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, they can be used for multi-GPU layouts. Although not all of them can be used for an SLI, only CrossFire – the most economical. They also have a front connector head USB 3.1 type C. In the line of other ASRock boards, they have SSD slots of type M.2 2280 or 22110. But some also for an M.2 card in format E – generally for Bluetooth combos and wifi.
