The new Ryzen 2000 processors from AMD will be launched this month, as well as a new motherboard battery for the X470 chipset. One of them will be the ASROCK X470 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac.

ASROCK X470 Fatal1ty Gaming uses AMD’s newest chipset for Ryzen 2000

The ASROCK X470 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX ac is a mini-ITX motherboard that aims to make the most of the Ryzen 2000 series processors, which will be officially launched on April 19.

This particular motherboard has WiFi-AC technology. It supports two full-size DDR4 DIMMs, four SATA drives, two USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, two USB 3.0, one USB 3.1 Type C. It also has DisplayPort and HDMI ports, in case you want to use it with embedded GPU APU processors. The motherboard also has an SSD slot in the M.2 format on the back.

As this is not an official presentation, but a few images and data filtered from the motherboard, we do not know what the price will be, but knowing the costs of the current Fatal1ty Gaming ITX based on Z370, should be between 160 euros approximately.

The new Ryzen 2000 series comes to the battle against eighth-generation Intel Core’Coffee Lake’ processors, with higher frequencies and IPC enhancements to increase overall performance over the first generation Ryzen. We’ll see if it’s enough.
