iPhone SE 2020 from Apple
This new iPhone SE takes the design of the iPhone 8, but with a hardware upgrade. It is based in part on the mechanics of the iPhone 11 with, for example, an A13 bionic chip and a 12-megapixel wide-angle (f/1.8 aperture) photosensor.
It has dimensions of 138.4 x 67.3 mm with a thickness of 7.3 mm. Its 4.7-inch retina LCD screen offers a resolution of only 1,334 x 750 pixels. For comparison, Full HD or 1080P offers 1920 x 1080 pixels. It comes with the Haptic Touch.
The device has the protection class IP67 (splash, water, and dust protected). Apple announces video recording in Full HD at 30 or 60 frames per second or 4K at 24, 30 or 60 frames per second with video stabilization. A 7-megapixel front camera with an aperture of f/2.2 is included.
In addition to all that, there’s a fingerprint sensor built into the main button and battery life “roughly the same as iPhone 8”. This smartphone does not support face recognition.
