A full range of AMD CPUs and APUs has been seen online, including fourth-generation Ryzen chips, third-generation Ryzen chips and the new Threadripper. The filtered list comes from Komachi, who has received a list of several processors that are not yet on the market.
The list of new processors appears online from the fourth generation of the APU series, the third generation threadripper and more.
Ryzen
The list contains a number of processors for whom we have not yet received official confirmation. These may be placeholders for upcoming line-ups, but the list is really interesting, especially for the fourth generation APU line, which is expected to be released next year.

First, we have the fourth generation Ryzen APUs, code-named Renoir. It would have support for FP6 (notebook) and AM4 (desktop) platforms. The current line of AMD Ryzen laptops is based on the FP5 socket and since the FP6 is a completely new socket change, a drastic change in the functionality of the Renoir CPU generation is to be expected. The list looks like this:
- AMD Ryzen 9 B12 (45W)
- AMD Ryzen 7 B10 (45W)
- AMD Ryzen 5 B8 (45W)
- AMD Ryzen 9 PRO B12 (15W)
- AMD Ryzen 7 PRO B10 (15W)
- AMD Ryzen 5 PRO B8 (15W)
- AMD Ryzen 3 PRO B6 (15W)
AMD appears to be segmenting its fourth-generation Ryzen notebook line into regular consumer and PRO consumer versions.
As for desktop parts, we know that AMD will offer its third-generation HEDT Threadripper CPUs. The list includes 16 cores / 32 threads and 32 cores / 64 threads. Both models are listed with 280W, but this could be the definition of the maximum limit supported by the SP3R3 jack, which is also highlighted as TR4+. R3 would mean the third revision of the TR4 socket:
- DT Ryzen thread cutter 280W SP3R3 (16C)
- DT Ryzen thread cutter 280W SP3R3 (32C)
- CPK consumer 16C 32T 140W
- MTS consumer 8C 16T 45W SP4r2
- MTS consumer 6C 12T 45W SP4r2
In the list, we can see that there is a mysterious CPU consumption of 16 cores and 32 threads listed with a TDP of 140W. This could be an indication that AMD is working on a model above the Ryzen 9 3950X, probably with higher clocks.
Whatever the case, there is a lot of movement at AMD with new Zen CPUs that have not yet come onto the market in all their segments, APU, Desktop, HEDT and Server. We will keep you up to date.
