ADATA ISSS314 the new SSD oriented to the industrial sector in 3D variants

ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of high-performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash products, today launched two new industrial grade SSDs. That is the new ISSS314, which will appear in 3D versions of MLC and 3D TLC NAND Flash. All models can withstand a broad range of temperatures, extreme shocks, and vibrations as well as humidity to meet the needs of industrial users.

ISSS314 High-speed SSD

Using hardened and carefully ordered components, ISSS314 SSDs consume only 2.5W to reduce operating costs, while providing a 560 MB/sec reading and 520 MB/sec writing speed. The capacities range from 32 GB to 512 GB to cover the widest range of users and possible needs.

Increasing the durability and efficiency of stacked, NAND Flash memory offers desirable benefits in applications requiring long-term uninterrupted use. The ISSS314 range has an MTBF of two million hours, which is 25% more than 2D NAND units. At the same time, they consume only 2.5 W per unit while they reach a capacity of 512 GB. Modest power consumption translates into significant electricity savings over the life of the premises, especially in large facilities where many units are needed.
