A complete application that tries to change your life habits, to modify your behavior to achieve small things, first, and later. Sure, with the ultimate goal of you sleeping much better. With this application you set the goal you want to achieve: it can be to feel more energized, concentrate more on your work, lose weight and, of course, sleep better, which is what interests us here.

The main attraction of Fabulous is its colorful and lovely design: it is one of those applications that enter through the eyes. Also, its operation is straightforward and intuitive. You need to register with your email account to start using a trip that can change your life.

For example, we tell the application that we are going to go to bed at 11 o’clock at night. Then, according to your calculations, it informs you that you should get up, for example, at 0:44 if you want to sleep only a little, or at 6:44 if you want to rest up to 5 sleep cycles. The app calculates that it will take you to sleep for a quarter of an hour, but this can be modified in the settings, in addition to acquiring the version without advertising that costs 80 cents.

With Sleepy Time you will be able to get up just when you are going to find yourself, calculating sleep cycles of 90 to 90 minutes. The application is free but, as we said before, you have the option to unlock ads. Its installation file is less than 3 MB so you can download it whenever you want.

Hand in hand with the developer Relaxio we find a fantastic application that can help you reconcile sleep before and better. With ‘White Noise’ we have at our disposal a series of environmental sounds that can help you even with your productivity. Interference noise, cafeteria atmosphere, crackling fire, rain, sea … Also, these noises can mix with each other: for example, if you want to pretend to be in a cafe while it rains outside.

NIGHT FILTER

The light of the screen of our mobile phone can confuse our brain and make us think that we are not ready to go to sleep. That is why it is convenient to use an app to place a filter and dim the light. With ‘Night filter’ you can apply a light filter of the color you want (you can modify it in the settings). We recommend that you put a blue or orange screen, a few bold colors. Although the best thing you can do, directly, is to avoid using your cell phone in bed. We can also tell the application to activate the filter automatically at a specific time.
