Zoho Flow is a fascinating platform that manages to integrate several applications to form a synchronized workflow. Also, that is aimed at increasing our productivity and optimizing the time we dedicate to work activities.
What Zoho Flow does is connect several tools that we usually use separately to do a specific task. The idea of combining them is that one knows what the other does to generate a “reaction,”. For example, to make a mail message become part of a list of tasks in an external app.
There are more than 100 applications that we can use on this site. 20 of them are part of Zoho’s development and have to do with areas such as email, text editing and more.
How does it work?
When we register in Zoho, we will see the applications that we can use: Google Drive, Slack, Azana and many more, which we can use to design our workflow. To do this, we drag and drop an application to the panel, connect another. And then indicate what to do when an event occurs in the app that precedes it. For example, send a message to a contact via Skype when a ticket is generated in another tool.
Something interesting about this platform is that we can create our apps using Deluge, the language in which Zoho is built and thousands of tools.
There are many activities that we can do with Zoho. Whether on a personal, work or educational level, the important thing is that we know that, using this incredible tool. Also, it will eliminate the limitations that some applications have by complementing them with others. So that together they can do everything we need.
