Taiwan company MSI announced the ATX compatible gaming motherboard “Z270 MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM” that is equipped with Intel Z270 chipset. It is released on March 18, and the expected shop price is 345 US Dollars, excluding tax.
It has adopted the specifications of “Killer E2500” which is familiar as game controller for specified LAN controller. With low latency and high throughput, it is possible to allocate bandwidth preferentially to specific applications from the utility “MSI GAMING LAN MANAGER”. Furthermore, the LAN port is equipped with LAN PROTECT which protects the circuit from burning and other bad things happening to the port.
Also, there is a back plate which is attached to the back of the board. So it has high robustness. The PCI Express x16 slot is with metal and adopts Steel Armor with high strength and precise noise control.
In addition, as the interface has M.2 slot compatible with PCIe 3.0 x 4 connection and the latest ASMedia controller. It also has USB 3.1 port which can provide maximum performance even when connecting to multiple devices.
