YouTube now makes it easy for you to learn more about the music in the videos
Well, in this respect, Google’s online video platform has just launched today a new option called “Music in this video” within the description section, which will offer all the information we have left in our minds regarding this musical theme, from those who are behind it to those videos created and uploaded by users in which it has been included.
Google points out that the new option provides detailed information on artists and composers, record labels and publishers representing them, with a link to the artist’s official channel and the official music video, if available.
To access this new option, users will have to click on the “Show more” option below each video in order to display the description section and navigate to the new option.
This new option is made possible by the use of data and Content ID technology, which is used by copyright owners to identify their music tracks included in videos uploaded to YouTube, as well as numerous contributions from record labels, music labels and copyright companies around the world.
