Recently, a foreign e-commerce platform has a Xiaomi TV stick (TV stick) on the shelves, the design is fairly small. And recently this product was also confirmed by Xiaomi Germany and an official picture was published. (A TV stick is actually the equivalent of an online video collector).
Seen from the poster, the Xiaomi TV stick is designed to look like a USB flash drive, measuring only 9.50 x 3.50 x 2.00 cm in three sizes, and is mainly plug-and-play. In terms of configuration, the Xiaomi TV stick also offers a standard HDMI 2.0 and USB Type C interface, the former for audio and video transmission, and the latter for power supply. The processor is an Amlogic S905 quad-core processor, Mali-G31 GPU, 2 GB RAM, and 8 GB memory. It will also support 4K HDR with dual decoding for Dolby and DTS HD.
As the product is primarily targeted at the overseas market, three exclusive buttons, Google Assistant, Netflix and Amazon Video, have been added to the remote control, allowing overseas users to be guided directly to some designated video content platforms.
The price of the Xiaomi Mi stick overseas is $79.99, but it is unclear when it will hit the shelves and whether it will be available on the mainland market.
