The well-known mobile phone manufacturer Xiaomi today announced a new gaming laptop, the Xiaomi Mi Gaming Notebook from 15.6″. This first assault on the laptop field has been made with seventh generation Intel processors, which come in several options along with an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1060 GPU to support graphics.

The body of the equipment is made of aluminum and has a thickness of 20.9mm, which although it is not the thinnest equipment on the market if it has a very acceptable design to be the first model. Not for nothing has Xiaomi displayed all her knowledge here by making mobile phones. As for the keypad, a backlit membrane keypad with RGB LED has been chosen.

Buyers can choose between the Intel i5-7300HQ or i7-7700HQ CPUs, 8GB or 16GB of DDR4-2400 memory, GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1060 GPUs and finally, as regards storage, a 1TB HDD with a choice of 128GB or 256GB SSD is incorporated. The display is fixed to a 1920×1080 FHD model with two 3W speakers that have been certified for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio.
This leaves the simpler version of this equipment at about 720€ to the change from the Chinese price, while the more powerful option reaches about 1200€. The availability of this equipment in Spain or other countries is not clear, as the equipment has been announced for the Chinese market and there is currently no official confirmation of launch in other countries.
