In particular, the social network has released a tweet stating that Moments will disappear from the application on October 23. Apparently the measure is related to the poor use of the feature, which would not have experienced the desired traction. In Twitter words, they prefer to disable features that are not used too much to focus on developing other features that we love.
Despite everything, the social network has used the opportunity to stress that it will still be possible to create moments from the web version of Twitter, a decision that suggests that the feature was more popular among users of the browser. Of course, the disappearance of a feature in a social network is something we should have got used to, especially if we consider the cost of maintaining a feature that is not widely used.
