Pre-E3 leaks continue, this time from Steam who apparently confirmed the existence of Just Cause 4 through a promotional image, which apparently began to appear to users in advance.
Someone has managed to close that hole as it no longer appears in the promotions, but the image is still available for viewing on the Steam servers.
The pre-order page confirms the return of Rico Rodriguez for the fourth installment of the explosive action sandbox series.
There’s a good chance the developer of the Avalanche Studios series will also return for this chapter, which will mark this as the third game the Swedish developer is currently participating in. As previously announced, the studio is developing Rage 2 together with id Software and is also working independently on a new cooperative shooter established in the 1980s called Generation Zero.
In any case, the E3 presentation of Square Enix is scheduled for June 11, probably when we will see the official announcement unless the publisher decides to reveal the game tomorrow…..
Just Cause 4 is another game that was part of last month’s big Walmart Canada leak, and judging by the games that have been leaked and announced since then, it’s fair to say we can expect to see the rest of the list confirmed.
