The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra comes in a filtered photo. The photograph reveals a series of details, but the most exciting thing is that the design is more or less the same as last year.
The Xperia XA2 Ultra maintains the large frames of its predecessor, the XA1 Ultra, although the bottom is a bit smaller. GFXBench says the screen is 6.0 “with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, so everything points to this phone will be quite large.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra appears in filtered photos with double front camera and large front frames
However, there are some new things. The Xperia XA2 Ultra now includes a dual front camera with lenses placed on opposite sides of the top frame. One of the cameras has a 16MP sensor, but the details are still unknown on the other. The phone has a front LED flash located on the left side of the frame.
Another change in the design is the absence of a cut in the base. The XA1 Ultra had a slot in the bottom frame that suggested that it had stereo speakers, but it was only there for design reasons. Now that it is gone, we can assume that the XA2 Ultra will not have stereo speakers either.
The photo shows the “About phone” screen in the Settings menu. As we can see, the model number is H4233 which confirms that it is the Xperia XA2 Ultra. You are running Android 8.0.0.0 Oreo and have the November security patch installed.
According to GFXBench, the Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra will come with a Snapdragon 630 processor. It will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, as well as a 21MP rear camera.
