About the new XPERIA machine, the blog site Xperiablog said that the machine will not be called XPERIA 2 as it is a small screen version of XPERIA1, so it will appear more likely as XPERIA 1S.

Sony has sent out an invitation to the conference to launch new products at IFA. In terms of configuration, according to the news, the new model will be equipped with a 6.1-inch 21:9 fish screen, which can be equipped with a Snapdragon 855 processor and a 12 MP rear tricycle. However, support for 5G technology was not offered.
There are currently few details about the new machine. According to foreign media, the 35mm version of Sony XPERIA 1 also supports the 21:9 aspect ratio, but the resolution is reduced to 2520×1080 pixels, and it is possible that AMOLED display can be used. There would be an HD display and support for HDR.
Visually it will be available in three colors: burgundy, dark blue and black.
