The Galaxy Home offers all the features you would expect from a high-end device such as a built-in subwoofer and eight remote communication microphones that allow you to receive voice commands from anywhere in the room. The Galaxy Home also features AKG’s sound routing and audio tuning technology.

Samsung has created a very elegant design for its new speaker with three stainless steel legs and a shape reminiscent of a pineapple on the table or almost like a kitchen kettle. At the opening event, the company deployed 160 speakers to deliver the sound to showcase the product, demonstrating the product’s ability to sound the entire speaker.

Apparently, the size of the Galaxy Home is certainly larger than that of the Google Home or Amazon Echo. As mentioned above, Samsung has updated its Bixby Assistant to be much more interactive and useful than its first version.

In particular, Bixby understands data and is able to check local appointments and events without using voice commands, as the Bixby button on the user’s smartphone can execute the job. Galaxy Home is also designed in such a way so you don’t have to remember to execute the conversation.

Samsung announced a partnership with Spotify and today confirmed that the music streaming service will continue to be part of its new speaker. Although Bixby was tested with Galaxy Note 9 this morning, the Assistant’s work with the Galaxy Home was not shown.

Samsung has not yet revealed when its smart speakers will arrive in stores. However, the new details about the device are expected on November 7 when the Samsung Developer Conference in San Francisco will be held.
