Red Dead Redemption 2: Rockstar scheduled remake for late 2020

The first Red Dead Redemption game might have a remake soon and may be called as “Red Dead Redemption 2”. There are several media reports that the studio is already working on a new version of this game. Some even dare to mention that this new version could be released between 2020 and 2021. However, it is still too early to say whether it would really be released at this time.

Red Dead Redemption 2: Rockstar is working on a remake

The original idea of the studio was to publish this remake of Red Dead Redemption on the occasion of the game’s tenth anniversary. It seems that there have been some problems in the development of the game, so it had to be delayed. Therefore, it is expected to arrive in 2021. Although this information has not yet been confirmed, it is something that is getting stronger over time.

“All the new features from the sequel will be incorporated into the RDR and the map will be slightly enlarged to make it even more extensive. Rob Wiethoff, the voice of John Marston, would have recorded some new dialogues to better link RDR and the events we see on RDR2.”

The studio behind the game, Rockstar Games, has said nothing so far. We don’t know if it really is something that will happen, but the fans of the game are interested to see what they have to offer in this case. All we have to do is wait and see if this remake of the Red Dead Redemption really takes place or not. It would be interesting to see what the studio actually offers in this sense.

Red Dead Redemption, one of the best-rated games of the last generation, is available on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, it didn’t make it to a PC and has no remastering, although it’s compatible and offers feature enhancements of the Xbox One X, such as the 4K resolution.
