The new Razer Blade 15 gaming laptop has just been announced, which is based on Intel Tiger Lake-H processors and NVIDIA RTX 30 Mobile graphics cards. This is the most powerful gaming laptop developed by Razer.

Among the new Razer laptops, we find the Blade Basic and Blade Advanced variants. The Basic models have a 1080p @ 144Hz panel and a 1440p @ 165Hz panel. The Advanced models have a 1080p @ 360Hz panel, a 1440p @ 240Hz panel, and a 4K touch panel @ 60Hz.

Razer Blade Advanced models come with processors up to Core i7-11800H, which offers 8 cores and 16 threads, and graphics cards up to NVIDIA RTX 3080, while Blade Base models have Core i5-11400H processors with 6 cores and 12 threads and graphics cards up to NVIDIA RTX 3070.

Storage is another differentiator between the two laptops. The Advanced models have a 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD and room for two additional M.2 slots. The Base models on the other hand have a capacity of 512 GB and room for an additional M.2 slot.

As for memory, both the Base and Advanced models come standard with 16GB of DDR4, but the Advanced model has some variants with 32GB of DDR4 @ 3200MHz.

There are also differences in the cooling system between the two laptops. The base models are based on a fan cooling concept. The Advance model uses a vapor chamber heat sink.

Both models feature a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port, a USB Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1, a USB Type-C, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a combined 3.5 mm jack. The Advanced model also features Razer Chroma RGB technology for each button, SD card reader, and a maximum thickness of 15.8 mm.

The Razer Blade 15 Base model has a starting price of $1699.99. The Blade 15 Advance models start at $2999.99 with an NVIDIA RTX 3060 and a 1440p @ 240Hz display.
