And that offers improved group time management by sharing calendars, inviting participants and attaching files to events. QcalAgent also supports snapshots and backups to avoid data loss.
QNAP presents QcalAgent, an app for the centralized management
“QcalAgent brings together multiple online calendars as a time management center. That is to help users manage and effectively follow their schedules,” said Christine Wang, QNAP Product Manager. “All schedules and attachments also securely get in the private cloud of the NAS.”
In addition to keeping track of personal events, that supports shared calendars. Also, that can help with teamwork and the organization of group events. Also, it allows users to join files to events from the computer or NAS and share them with others and integrates the Qcontactz application to help quickly summon attendees.
That automatically records all the changes made to the calendars using snapshots. So, users can quickly check the revision history and choose a specific calendar version to recover. Users can also organize scheduled backups on another NAS to ensure that schedules/programs are secure.
