PS Plus climbs to the hype of The Last of Us Part II and gives us the first subscriber game that comes with the very best title. Read more details below!
At the official PlayStation blog, PlayStation announced the free games that will be available to PS Plus subscribers in October. This month comes with The Last of Us, and it’s a great time to stop rejecting rumors and warming up the engines for the upcoming sequel that will arrive on February 21, 2020. In addition, sports game fans will have access to MLB The Show 2019.
The Last of Us probably doesn’t need a presentation, but we would stay without a message if we didn’t talk about this jewel. This 2013 title was originally released for PlayStation 3 and tells the story of Joel and Ellie, two survivors in a world where 20 years ago an epidemic overthrew society and turned most people into infected quasi-zombies. With the mechanics of the third-person shooter, a highly emotional storyline and the music of genius Gustavo Santaolalla, the game immediately became a modern classic. Now we can play its remaster for PS4, with better graphics and in the best way to live the experience.
For sports fans, there is a pretty strong innovation in the form of San Diego Studio’s MLB The Show 19, a baseball game where we can control everything from legends to current players, compete throughout the season and reach the top of the most competitive league. In another mode, you can create your own players and climb the rankings or play against legends in the Diamond Dynasty. This is the first time there has been a great game in PS Plus, so those who enter the game in October can unlock special rewards.
The Last of Us Remastered and MLB The Show 19 will be available from October 1 to November 4. You still have time to download last month’s games, Arkham Knight and Darksiders 3.
