Origin OS will officially launch on November 18th, new Vivo OS is here

Origin OS is the name of the upcoming new Vivo operating system that could replace the existing Funtouch OS as the mainstream operating system for Vivo and iQOO phones.

Apart from the copywriting front, most of the official posters consist of simple graphics and color combinations that are simple but advanced, possibly indicating the simple design concept of the new system

The colors in the posters are mostly low saturation colors such as orange, yellow and blue, which bring fresh and bright energy to the visual display, and it is expected that the new OriginOS system will be especially popular among the young group.

According to the media, the new Origin OS will not only redesign the user interface and dramatically improve animation, but will also support the use of global mini-windows. The new system will use the left drop-down notification bar and the right drop-down shortcut center for calls, following the same logic as the latest version of iOS and MIUI12 to reduce learning costs when users change.

Judging by the recently unveiled official posters, Origin OS should have a less saturated and refreshing design style that conveys a sense of space through flat surfaces + shadows + solid graphics. As for the surprises in terms of functionality, we will have to wait for the official announcement.

The new system will not only be pre-installed on the future new Vivo phones but will also be adapted to some of the older models, including the Vivo NEX series, X50 series, X30 series and iQOO series iQOO 5, iQOO 3, and many other models.
