A new leak claims that Nvidia has a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 20 GB VRAM in its boxes. The good one would be in preparation against the threat of the Radeon RX 6800 series from AMD.
This case is interesting because we had several twists and turns. First, the new RTX 3070 and 3080 were announced, equipped with 16 and 20 GB GDDR6X. Some reports then said that these innovations had been put on hold.

This case is again the target of rumors. According to a tweet from kopite7kimi, Nvidia would have a new gaming graphics card in preparation, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.
Their name positions them between the current GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3090, and the beauty would be PG133-SKU15 with a GA102-250-KD-A1-GPU as the heart of the mechanics. We would move on a mechanics close to that of the GeForce RTX 3090 with 10,496 CUDA cores while retaining some aspects of the GeForce RTX 3080 (TGP, memory frequency). However, the equipment would include 20 GB GDDR6X.
All this is interesting but requires caution. We have no information about a release date and even less about a price. Obviously, this hypothetical GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will only be positioned at the top end of the market.
