In recent years, if we don’t consider the battery problem that came to light at the end of last year and forced Apple to significantly reduce the price of battery replacement for all devices starting with iPhone 6, iOS performance has improved significantly, as has Android performance.
Nomad introduces a 2,800 mAh portable battery to charge your iPhone
This improvement in battery consumption has caused many of us to stop carrying a portable battery when the battery drops to unwanted levels. Still, our smartphone’s battery technology remains much the same as it was more than a decade ago.
If we know we’re going to have a long day’s work and the time of return is not very clear, an external battery is probably a solution to consider. In the market, we can find different models to cover the majority of needs, and depending on their capacity they are more or less thick and heavy.
To complement the offer currently available on the market, the manufacturer Nomad has introduced a new battery with lightning cable included (something we can not find in almost any other model), with which we can our iPhone or iPad (at least some) comfortably.
The Nomad battery has a 1.5-metre cable built into the battery so we cannot unplug or replace it at any time. With a capacity of 2,800 mAh, it allows us to fully charge our iPhone, and something more, without having to plug and play the lightning cable separately or using an external battery in addition to the lightning cable, some cables, at least the official ones, have always shown their fragility, so taking them from one place to another has never been a good idea.
