Motorola Razr folding delayed again for market launch

It seems that Motorola fans will have to wait a little longer to see the first folding terminal of the brand, Motorola Razr, the long-awaited Motorola Razr was delayed due to excess demand that the company expects.

Motorola Razr, new folding terminal will not arrive on the expected date because orders exceeded the manufacturer’s production capacity. In this sense, the company announced that it will not arrive this December 26, which is the day on which we know or see again the iconic Motorola folding terminal in its new version.

Motorola said it is trying to meet customer demand, perhaps because it does not want to face cases where customers make pre-orders that will not be available later, even Motorola has not yet given the date of new pre-orders.

 

Motorola has decided to adjust Motorola Razr pre-sales and launch period to better meet consumer demand. We are working to determine the right quantity and timing to ensure that more consumers have access to Motorola Razr when it is launched.

In early 2019, a Wall Street Journal report revealed a patent describing a folding smartphone from Lenovo. Launched many years ago, the terminal might arrive as a folding screen smartphone, following the trend of new manufacturers, and would be valued at $1,500.


Later, Motorola confirmed the news and announced the new folding Razr would arrive at the end of the year or early 2020, rumors said that there is a terminal that could be folded as a mobile phone or tablet.

The Motorola Razr is expected to have a foldable OLED screen with a Snapdragon 600 or 700 processor, is expected to be valued at USD$1500 and will be sold exclusively in the United States.
