Microsoft announced new features to the Microsoft Edge beta on iOS, with some interesting dynamics.

One of the novelties is related to visual search options, which are already enjoyed by Android users. This dynamic approach makes it easy for users to find content from images, either by taking one with their mobile camera or by using an existing photo.

For example, the user can search for more details of an item in the image, related products, items to be purchased, among other possibilities. And as a bonus, you can also scan QR codes, and perform your search from that dynamic.

On the other hand, the beta version offers more options when choosing the default search engine, if you don’t like Bing’s dynamics. And the famous “copy and search” feature also adds to the new features.

Those who use an academic or work account using Microsoft, there are some additional functions, for example, they will be able to see in the timeline of Windows 10 the activity carried out from the mobile device.

All the features we discussed are only available to users who have joined the beta version of Microsoft Edge for iOS, using TestFlight. The rest will have to wait until Microsoft releases them to the stable version of the browser.
