Lenovo ThinkCentre, all computing updated to 10th Generation Intel Core vPro

Lenovo ThinkCentre series is updated. After the announcement of the 10th generation of the Intel Core, the announcement of the new Intel Core vPro was longer than expected, and Lenovo lost no time after yesterday’s official announcement of Intel and today announced the update of the ThinkCentre M70, M80, and M90 series.

The new Intel vPro is based on the Comet Lake architecture. With the new 10th-generation Intel Core vPro, we can expect application performance that’s 40% higher than a comparable three-year-old model or 36% higher productivity or 3x faster network connection speeds, thanks to the inclusion of Wi-Fi 6. But the chips also contribute to their already established security for business customers.

With the AiO form factors of the ThinkCentre M70 or ThinkCentre M80, users can choose a maximum configuration with an Intel Core I7 Vpro, although we’re not sure if it will be the most powerful in the family, the i7-10700K. In the case of the ThinkCentre M90, we have an Intel Core i9 vPro with ten cores.

Lenovo also has two new portable workstations that promise extremely interesting computing power. We’re talking about the ThinkPad P14s and P15s, which offer a configuration with the Intel Core i7-10810U with six cores and 12 threads and a turbo frequency of 4.9 GHz, with a TDP of 15 W, which helps to achieve the stated autonomy of up to 14 hours. NVIDIA Quadro graphics are on board, and if you’re a professional image and video professional, you may have an option for a UHD screen with Dolby Vision HDR and X-Rite Pantone calibration.
