Lenovo has released an updated specification sheet for its ThinkCentre M725 system that supports two new second-generation AMD Ryzen processors. These CPUs are the well-known AMD Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X. They are processors to replace the Ryzen 1300X and 1500X respectively.
Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X would be sold for under $150.
We already had news about the two chips of the Ryzen 2000 series, but so far these specifications had not yet been confirmed and they have not even been officially announced.

Both are expected to be sold in the near future at prices below $150, which will bring Intel’s famous i3s to somewhat more competition in the market, making them excellent for low-budget gamers and system builders.
The new AMD Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X offer ‘increased’ clock rates, which are 300MHz higher than their predecessors, at the same basic clock frequency. When combined with AMD Precision Boost 2.0 technology, users should see higher clock speeds on all multithreaded workloads.
Specifications and comparison
The Zen+ AMD architecture also features a more powerful integrated memory controller (IMC) with 2300X and 2500X models that support faster 2933MHz memory right from the start while providing an improved architecture to enhance memory latency.
The Ryzen 3 2300X offers 4 cores and 4 threads, while the Ryzen 5 2500X has 4 cores and 8 threads. We expect their introduction before the end of this year.
