Intel Core i9-9900K reaches to 5GHz with all cores in Cinebench R15 test

More and more news are coming for new flagship of Intel, Intel Core i9-9900K. And up until now, it is only the pricing information which is still to be confirmed. Today, we filtered the results of the i9-9900K in the CinebenchR15, one of the most important benchmarks for test processors.

In the test conducted by benchmarker Lau Kin Lam, at first, we see how the processor runs at floor speed. At the beginning of the benchmark, all cores reached 5GHz and delivered an impressive 2166 Cinebench points.

Comparing this with the AMD Ryzen 2700X with 8 cores and 16 threads, we know that this would reach about 1700 points in stock speed and 1900 with an overclock at 4.3GHz, which is the maximum speed to overclock this processor.

Despite the specifications already announced, there is still no official price for Intel’s new line of processors. All these processors will be compatible with the existing 300 series motherboards and the new Z390 series.

Is this the masterpiece Intel needs to regain a foothold in the CPU market?
