Google Photos will add bokeh effect and new option to free up space

Google Pictures has received many interesting features in recent months, but there are still many surprises along the way that will enhance its dynamic.

According to AP, Google Photos will soon surprise us with a bokeh effect that we can customize from a series of controls. While Google Photos has filters to give a similar effect to photos, it does not allow the user to manually adjust the intensity of the blur.

If the new dynamic is implemented, users will have controls to specify the depth and intensity of the effect. So the user could create different versions of the bokeh effect or combine both controls to give the desired touch.

On the other hand, the Google team would also be working on a new option to provide the ability to recover storage space. Apparently, they will lower the resolution of the images, taking the original copy to high quality, to recover space in our Google Account.

That is, it is the same dynamic that is applied when we select High Quality, to have unlimited free storage, but with the possibility of applying it to the photos we have already uploaded. An interesting option for those who wish to continue using the service without having to buy additional space.

All these new features that we have commented on have not been confirmed by Google, but come from the usual analysis of the app’s APK code by the AP team.
