G.Skill Introduces Trident Z RGB Memories for AMD

With the AMD Ryzen and Threadripper platforms in the constant improvement process, we have seen an increase in the capacity of the two platforms to handle a larger capacity of RAM, faster and more stable. G.Skill has just announced the new Trident Z RGB DDR4 memories for AMD, which will be available at speeds of 2400 MHz to 3200 MHz.

G.Skill Introduces Trident Z RGB Memories for AMD,

Trident Z RGB DDR4 for AMD will come in different capacities, from 16GB to 128GB.

It is more common today to reach 3200 MHz than at launch, due in part to improved motherboard BIOS for next-generation AMD platforms. The kits tell us that they have improved compatibility on the latest AMD platform, with greater capacity and more speed, including RGB LEDs to improve visual appearance.

The kits will come in two, four and eight configurations with 8GB and 16GB modules that allow capacities ranging from 16GB to 128GB. High capacity 128GB kits can reach speeds up to 2933 MHz CL14, while speeds up to 3200 MHz CL14 are possible with 32 GB (4 × 8 GB) kits.

The Trident Z RGB DDR4 modules are going to be available from the month of October, so far we are not aware of the price they will have, but they are not expected to be very different from the Intel variants.
